Installation phases:
- Preparation of the foundation slab according to the drawing by the customer’s construction company.
- Positioning of the 2/4 m modules and connection between modules by our specialized technicians
- Once the pit installation is complete, the excavation is filled with 25 cm thick lean concrete and then with the excavated material.
We recommend laying a suitable sheet between our pit and the excavation to prevent water infiltration. - Final concrete pour required to create the finished industrial floor at zero level.

UNI 9721 inspection pits
In strict compliance with UNI 9721, we design and build pits in different shapes and sizes.

- Electrical system complete with DICO-compliant panel and two 220/380 V sockets.
- 58 W IP64 LED lights for internal lighting.
- Submersible wastewater recovery pump for connection to an oil separator.
- Compressed air line on one side of the pit with three outlets for quick couplings (not included), ½” F section.
- Fixed ladder. Attached to the formwork wall of the pit cover system. Safe and stable access for workers and materials.
- Side access staircase to the inspection pit, internal width 900 mm. Can be positioned on either the right or left side. Complete with handrail and fall-prevention barriers.
